On 25th July 2023, the young learners of Grade 2 ventured on an exhilarating journey to Lighthouse Agro, Bird, and Amusement Park. This field trip embraced the concept of “classrooms without walls,” offering the students an enriching and practical learning experience beyond their textbooks.
The chosen destination was a protected area dedicated to the conservation of various bird species. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the bird park provided the perfect ecosystem for these beautiful creatures. Excitement brimmed as the little ones had the rare opportunity to observe the park’s diverse aviaries and learn about our feathered friends.
The learners’ curiosity soared as they explored the agro park, where organic crops, vegetables, and fruits flourished. Guided by experts, the students gained insights into cultivation techniques and irrigation methods, fostering a deeper connection with nature’s bounty.
The stone museum was a true gem of the trip, displaying a diverse range of stones from the Indian Ocean. The learners were captivated by the exquisite displays, expanding their knowledge about geological wonders.
The day concluded with a mesmerizing magic show, filling the air with wonder and excitement. The young minds were treated to a series of awe-inspiring performances that left them gasping in amazement and added a touch of enchantment to their memorable adventure.
