On 25th July 2023, the young learners of Grade 1 embarked on an educational excursion to Gorewada Zoo, embracing the concept of “classrooms without walls.” This captivating field trip showcased the importance of such experiences in fostering a holistic understanding of the world around us.
The trip to Gorewada Zoo proved to be an unforgettable journey for the children as they had the rare opportunity to witness various wild animals up close. The graceful pose of a leopard in its cave left the young hearts awe-struck, instilling a deep sense of respect for the beauty of nature. As the tigers, Rajkumar and Lee approached the bus, it almost felt like they were welcoming the curious learners to their natural abode, creating an enchanting and enlightening experience.
Among the many wonders encountered during the field trip, the sight of albino black bucks provided the young minds with an extraordinary glimpse into the marvels of biodiversity.
