The official ceremony of conferring titles and investing powers to the members of the school council was organized at the Investiture Ceremony on 17th July,2022 at Centre Point School International with great pomp and dignity. The occasion was attended by the proud parents of the elected student council members. The chief guests were,the former Principal of CPSI Ms.AnuradhaBuddhi and Executive Director of Centre Point Schools Mrs.Neeru Varma accompanied by our Principal Ms.AshleshaChitnavis.
The House Mistresses and the proud parents honoured the council members with badges and sashes.The flags were handed over to the house captains as a symbolic representation of handing over the responsibility to the new office bearers.The Principal of the school Ms.AshleshaChitnavis pronounced the oath and the newly elected school cabinet members repeated after her, promising to abide by the qualities of a true leader and keeping the mantle of Centre Point School International flying high.Ms.Ashlesha congratulated the newly elected Students’ Council and emphasized the significance of setting priorities and the need of the hour to be a team player. She reminded them that they are the torch bearers of all the values that the School stands for and urged them to take responsibility with commitment and integrity. The Principal, speaking on the occasion, advised the students to discharge their duties sincerely and nurture their fellow schoolmates into becoming good leaders in future. The proud parents’ happiness knew no bounds when badges and sashes were conferred on the newly elected Students’ Council.The event concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem.
Later the parents joined the Principal and the teachers for refreshments in the School Cafeteria to celebrate the newly elected cabinet of Centre Point School International and discuss the cabinet’s future plan of actions.The zeal of the new council was reflected in their confidence and dedication to execute their work.
The prgramme ended on an extremely happy and positive note.
